Great job. Mike took his time on every part of the inspection and if he and any concerns he showed it to us. If there was any ideas he would say if you did this it would work out better. He walked the whole property to ensure there wasn't any issues we weren't knowledgeable about. He showed us how the well an septic system worked. We are first time owners that didn't have standard city water and sewage. Mike was very friendly and easy to work with. Mike was on time and worked hard on making sure everything was covered.

Michael is so professional, friendly, and attentive to every last detail. I really appreciated the time he took to talk with me about everything. I feel that a good inspector is valuable not just for finding things that need to be addressed, but for familiarizing me to the home I’m buying, pluses and minuses. This is the way it should be done. I called a few other people around the area when looking for an inspector and Michael was far and away the most professional and responsive — he also took care of the well and septic testing so I did NOT need to worry about that. I will value the report that he produced and the conversions we had for a very long time. Just makes me feel even better about buying a place when there are no mysteries. Worth every dime.
